Schedule: 5 days out of 7
Starting Salary: Up to £30,000
What We’re Looking For:
- A dynamic individual with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management (ideally 2 years management)
- Proven experience in overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring top-notch service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team to deliver excellence every day.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the food and beverage team in delivering memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, menu development, and inventory management.
- Implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
- Foster a positive work environment where teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement are valued.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food and beverage services with resort offerings.
