Job description: Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?You will be the Senior Manager, Talent Integration for RBC UK and Europe on an interim 12 month Fixed Term Contract.You will report into Head of Human Resources and focus on defining and helping solve problems across Capital Markets, Technology, Functions and Wealth Management Europe (including RBC Brewin Dolphin and RBC BlueBay). You will work in close collaboration with the HR Centres of Expertise (HR COEs) to research, analyse and inform prioritisation of work in the short, medium, and long term.What will you do?You will be responsible for talent management and employee engagement for RBC London Branch, RBC Europe Ltd, Brewin Dolphin Ltd, and RBC GAM UK Ltd, which has been delegated by the Head of HR, RBC and CM, Europe.Talent Integration key responsibilities:Partnering with HRBPs to diagnose root causes to issues at a platform and functions level and is the integration point to collect and translate information from various sources to define a problem and related requirementsDriving outcomes by acting as an integration point and supports prioritisation between the UK, Channel Islands and Europe and HR prioritiesLeading Conduct & Culture Programs for HR ensuring RBC’s regional conduct initiatives are coordinated and embeddedSupporting Head of HR to ensure HR team engagement and facilitate business routines across the regional platforms and functions (i.e. HR Monthly Meet-ups, Talent Integration/HBRP meetings, Project Management Newsletter, HR Operating Committee)Defining, prioritising and helping to solve problems across Capital Markets, Technology, Functions and Wealth Management InternationalMeasuring of employee engagement for the UK and Channel IslandsProject lead for key enterprise strategic talent initiatives (i.e. Employee Engagement Survey, Wellness)Project lead for key projects in the UK (i.e. regulatory, change, audit and risk)Responsible for UK HR Reporting including HRC, HR ExCo and Board requirementsProject owner for UK focused cross platform initiatives including exit interview process, promotions, talent review, performance enablement – regulatory, website updatesInvoice approval for HRSeeking out leading trends and organisation knowledge to understand alternative approaches / solutions.
