Job description: SummaryA business analyst role based in London requiring strong communication and customer-facing skills; the candidate should have some knowledge of FX cash and FX option products and a desire to learn quickly.The role requires a sense of independence and ability to work within a challenging environment, and involves significant exposure to front office users; mainly traders, Middle Office, risk analysts, and operational staff. It is a great opportunity to learn and extend the successful candidate’s skills in a broad range of financial products.The main focus of the role will be to take part in projects developing the feature set of our various front-office systems for foreign exchange trading.Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will manage a variety of incremental project deliveries and BAU deliveries on key systems, including:· Barracuda – vendor order-management system with in-house integration code· Sigma – in-house spot FX trade management and position keeping system· Orchestrade/Murex – vendor systems responsible for FX option and metals trade managementPosition locationGeographical areaEurope, United KingdomCityLondonCandidate criteriaMinimal education levelBachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalentAcademic qualification / SpecialityGraduateExperienceIT Project experience involving specification, testing, and support of system changes.Required skillsStrong team working skills to deliver with many colleagues working under pressureDesire to learn quickly * Expert customer-facing skills
