The IT team is small and has a family-feel and are currently going through a significant period of growth so the opportunities to further build on your skillset and progress are unlimited.

The Role
The Field-Based 2nd Line Support is responsible for all on site service and support needs for their customers. The company specialise in Windows, macOS, Unix and ESXi so experience with these technologies are necessary in order for you to hit the ground running.

Key Experience Required
You will already have experience in a client facing technical role and knowledge of Windows Server, MacOS and IOS operating systems, AD. Azure, DNS & DHCP, Hyper-V, MDM and Networking.

You will have designed and delivered infrastructure and networking projects previously and have a full UK driving license.
