i-teachers are currently working with a secondary academy based in the Durham area who are eager to find a dedicated, hard-working and passionate Academic Intervention Mentor to provide vital intervention support to their KS3 & KS4 students inside and out of the classroom for the remainder of the academic year in a full-time role.

Academic Intervention Mentor – Role Information:
- Academic Intervention Mentor
- Located in Durham (DH1)
- Based in one secondary school
- Monday to Friday role – 08.30am to 15:00pm
- Immediate Start – Ending July 2024
- Paid £450 per week during term time only before tax
- Providing 1:1 & small group GCSE subject tutoring
- Creating support sessions based around current curriculum

Academic Intervention Mentor – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 UK based Core Subject degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience working with adolescents or children
- Naturally outgoing and engaging individual
- Passionate about a career in your specialist subject
- Ability to build rapport with young people
- *NO UK visa sponsorship available*
