Job description: Job Purpose:The Account Executive – Media and Gifting will work closely with the Sales Manager to coordinate and implement Distributor Advertising, DCM (Digital Cinema Media) Studios sponsorships and in cinema and 3rd party Gifting. This role will involve extensive liaison across internal teams, and with external creative agencies and key external stakeholders with full ownership of weekly creative cycles.Key Accountabilities:

  • Implementation of all Distributor paid advertising, from advising deadlines and creative specifications, proactively working with Distributors and their Creative Agencies to ensure delivery of correct assets in a timely manner, and liaising with internal channels teams (Web, CRM, Social) to ensure assets go live.
  • Working with external print agency and a digital content management agency to schedule and fulfil physical or digital In Cinema advertising bookings.
  • Managing Distributor Advertising post-campaign, generating performance reports and invoices, including proactively chasing Purchase Orders.
  • Respond to DCM queries, from proactively working on sponsorship briefs in conjunction with Senior Sales Manager, to general administrative and liaison support across a wide range of tasks.
  • Implementation of DCM Sponsorship activations by proactively liaising with internal stakeholders, particularly Consumer and Operations.
  • Working with Sales Manager to set Gift Card priorities and identify key opportunities across In Cinema and 3rd Party Retailer Gift Card sales, including the opportunity to be involved in new Gifting campaigns and working with Distribution to maintain a fresh range of film-themed e-Gifts.
  • Implementation of Gift Card plans by liaising with Cinema Support and Operations, external Gift Card printers, and working with Consumer teams (Marketing, Web, CRM, Social) to drive Gift Card marketing throughout the year and particularly at Christmas.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with miscellaneous 3rd Party Retailer Gift Card creative requests, which may include writing creative briefs and liaising with Design.
  • Supporting the wider B2B team organising networking events and showcases on such tasks as briefing and arranging print for required Purchase Orders, coordinating gift bags, and other miscellaneous support.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a relevant role in sales, communication or marketing.
  • Experience working in or with film distributors is desirable but not essential. Having a keen interest in and love of film is a must.
  • This person must be able to quickly develop relationships internally and externally, and be able to hold their own across a wide range of large personalities.
  • It is critical to have a proven track record of excellence in administration, including being able to demonstrate attention to detail and a knowledge of Excel.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have an ability to write engaging copy and have an eye for good creatives.
  • Creates a positive impression on others and is able to exert influence, be persuasive, and crucially able to engage colleagues in buying into the common goal.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking full responsibility for both ongoing day-to-day processes and in seeking resolution for any issues that arise.
