Job description: Accounting Technician – Lisburn – £28,000We are working with a reputable and thriving accountancy practice committed to providing high-quality financial services to clients.This role will involve supporting our clients with various accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll processing.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for clients.
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
- VAT return preparation and submission with a focus on MTD.
- Payroll and managing related tasks such as pensions and PAYE.
- Professionally deal with clients.
Criteria:
- 2+ years of experience in accountancy practice.
- IATI or an accountancy degree is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets as well as accountancy packages.
