The ideal candidate will have an understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in accounting and contribute to the financial success of the company.Responsibilities and duties:Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.Setting up suppliers.Cross checking supplier statements.Assist with invoicing, including preparing and sending invoices to clients and tracking payment status.Customer calls.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries and general ledger entries.Assist with eCommerce transactions.Prepare and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus but not required.Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are interested in applying for this role, please contact the office on 01706 712 388 or email ben@rsnwltd.com
