Tudor Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Great Wryley, WS6 for an experienced Accounts Assistant. They are looking for a new member to join their team due to continued growth and expansion.

You will be required to action accounts functions executing purchase and sales invoices, credit control duties and associated administration.

This is a 6 week temporary position.

Are you the right person for this role? The Accounts Assistant will:

– Demonstrate an awareness of the broad accounts functions

– Possess excellent communication skills including both verbal and written

– Experience using Sage accounting software

What will I be doing? Duties of the Accounts Assistant will include:

– Accurately inputting data into Sage50 Accounts and Excel

– Process sales and purchase invoices

– Oversee sales and purchase ledger

– Execute credit control duties

– Reconcile bank accounts, statements and payments

– Complete nominal coding of invoices

– Administer holidays and absence forms

– Maintain a filing system and in-house database

– Other ad hoc administrative tasks in accordance with the role

What are the hours of work?

Monday – Friday

9am-5pm

What is the rate of pay?

£12.50p/hr
