Job description: CMA is currently working closely with a high performing top accountancy firm in Poole looking for a studier / PQ accounts semi-senior to join them. This role would suit someone coming from a small / medium sized practice looking to build on their experience with a larger firm that has a brilliant culture of progression as well as a great existing team.
What will the role involve:
- Producing annual statutory accounts and record keeping for a range of clients;
- Building on your advisory experience in a client facing position;
- Communicating with HMRC;
- Getting involved in tax work on an ad hoc basis;
- Working towards managing a portfolio of clients.
Suitable candidate:
- A current studier for ACA / ACCA;
- At least a years experience in a UK based accounting firm;
- Good base knowledge of accounts production;
- Ideally would have used a range of systems.
