Salary: £22,500 – £23,000 DOE

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Yorkshire legal firm and to be part of a busy office in the heart of Leeds.The Role
As an Admin Assistant you will play a very important role in delivering outstanding customer service and will be working with the Business Support team. You will be mainly assisting with inputting new instructions. Further to the above your main duties will include:

  • Coordinate meetings
  • Clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, post room duties and deal with incoming post
  • Deal with telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate individual within the firm
  • Data input, opening new matters and updating the Case Management System

Our Ideal Candidate
You must have previous office experience with a customer service background, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an excellent telephone manner. Further to the above, we are looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative
  • Excellent data input skills
