Job description: CK Group are recruiting for an Admin Coordinator to join a company on site in Cambridge in the Pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Daily £85.00-£109 PAYE/ Umbrella
Admin Coordinator Role:
- Making travel arrangements and adjusting accordingly as schedules change
- Accurately assist with monthly expense reports for timely submission using the internal expenses system
- Arranging virtual and/or face to face seminars with external speakers
- Play a key role in the co-ordination of department team events, e.g., volunteering days, social events, quarterly symposiums
- Perform administrative tasks using independent judgement and discretion
Your Background:
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
- Previous administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
