Job description: We are looking for an individual to join the Addiction Services administration team. Duties include providing a comprehensive administrative support service including typing letters and reports; updating databases; answering a high volume of telephone calls; processing and maintaining accurate records. You will be the first point of contact for patients attending appointments and other visitors to the service and will be expected to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team are essential. The ability to work to strict deadlines with minimal supervision is also required.
