Rate of Pay: £11.99 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Start Date: January dates available
Hours: 37 hours per week on a rota basis
About the Role:
As an Admin Officer, you will be at the forefront of providing essential services to customers in Great Britain, especially during these challenging times of the Cost of Living crisis. We offer full training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Effective call handling skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Building rapport with colleagues and customers
- Working collaboratively within a team environment
- Meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Basic IT skills and computer literacy, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and a desire for personal development
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
These full-time positions are office-based in Belfast City Centre, but the option to work from home may become available in the future.
Essential Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths & English, or equivalent proof at the time of application.
- Completion of an AccessNI Check.
