We are now looking for an Administrative Officer, to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.
THE ROLE
The Administrative Officer will be line managed by the Head of Collaborative Partnerships (Operations) and will undertake a broad range of administrative and co-ordination duties required to support the work of the Collaborative Partnerships Office.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered as an Administrative Officer, you will need:
- Good general level of education.
- Previous experience in providing high quality administrative support
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and through all media
- Ability to demonstrate effective organisational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to apply attention to detail
- A good proficiency in the use of Microsoft and other software packages.
It would also be beneficial if you had:
- Educated to HND or degree level
- Previous experience of working in Higher Education
- Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh
