KPI Recruiting are currently supporting our client, a family run business, based in Stafford. Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality pumps to the UK Biogas, Agriculture and Industry sectors.
Key Duties
- Taking inbound calls from customers and answering queries regards products and services
- Providing assistance to the team, including managing calendars, arranging meetings and preparing documents
- Develop an understanding of the product to effectively assist customers
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Processing orders and use of a booking system to book in deliveries
- Monitoring the company inbox and responding to email queries
Key Skills Required
- A great telephone manner and confidence when taking phone calls
- IT literate and able to hit the ground running with computer systems
- A friendly and bubbly personality
- The ability to work as a team or on your own
