Job description: Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator in the Facilities division, you will be responsible for demand planning and outbound equipment scheduling for the client’s new store and renewal program. This role involves working with data from both my client’s in-house warehouse management systems and the client’s own procurement and technical standard systems. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key dates, proactively escalating any risks to deadlines, equipment allocation, equipment availability management across multiple warehouses, shortage reporting, vehicle scheduling, change management and reporting, schedule and email inbox management, and daily client interaction.
Essential Requirements to be successful in the role:
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong IT skills with knowledge/experience in all MS Office packages, specifically Excel.
- GCSEs in Maths and English – grade 5-9 (A-C)
- Hardworking, reliable, and friendly
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
Skills and experience required:
- Ability to build a good rapport and communicate effectively, both internally and externally
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritise effectively while managing own outputs to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to workload, and multitask while maintaining quality of work
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data input with a “right first time” approach
