Brook Street Ltd are pleased to announce a readily available position within the NHS as an Administrator. The role is based on a full-time, hybrid, temporary contract, Monday-Friday at an hourly rate of £12.86.
As a member of the Programme Coordinator team, the successful candidate will:
- Work with those managing the recruitment processes (longlisting, interviews, offers) for junior doctors
- Email correspondence, managing shared inboxes, maintaining data on Excel and a bespoke database and keeping accurate records
- Provide appropriate advice to senior clinical staff and stakeholders within their functional area
- Understanding a range of complex issues e.g. recruitment and assessment regulations, monitoring requirements of General Medical Council (GMC), service delivery needs of Trusts and other healthcare provider organisations, and data management of training post
- Work collectively with colleagues to contribute to ensuring operational systems and processes are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure consistent approach across the team and reflect local and national
- Liaise with the Information team, Healthcare Organisations and Royal Colleges to manage data and assessments for the HEE information system and e-portfolio.
- Act as first point of contact for NHS workforce trainees on directly managed programmes responding to queries, taking messages, and dealing with information requests exercising personal judgement to resolve sometimes complex queries
