Job description: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • To allow AG Consulting additional capacity to better support their fantastic existing clients and focus on business development activity, we have an opportunity for an additional co-ordinator to join the team.
  • You’ll be co-ordinating the delivery of consulting assignments, development programmes, bespoke client sessions across Addleshaw Goddard’s global client base and associated communication and engagement activities.
  • This opportunity offers progression and subject to the level of experience, the chance to develop into analytical, project management or consulting roles.

  • Based across the Firm’s UK offices, the small team is made up of consultants who all work closely with a variety of clients, including household names and FTSE100 organisations. WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

  • You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating a broad range of client facing activities, including multi-modular development programmes, consulting projects and bespoke client assignments. Specific activities include managing the registration, invitations, joining instructions and attendance lists of client events.
  • You’ll enjoy being a key support in a multidisciplinary team working across multiple projects. You will have fantastic attention to detail to ensure accuracy of reports, collateral, numbers, and client details across multiple systems.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of building relationships, both internal and external, and including at a senior level.
  • You’ll have lots of autonomy and the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects. There’s huge scope for you to take ownership of your work and contribute to the operations of AG Consulting, providing a range of career development opportunities.
  • You will be required to travel to other UK offices to attend a monthly team meeting.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be an engaging communicator, comfortable producing client facing collateral and internal reports for key stakeholders.
  • Be confident working across multiple different technologies.
  • Be confident maintaining high quality work across multiple projects consecutively and comfortable working independently when needed.
  • As well as client work, you also have experience working on tasks that improve team internal efficiencies and processes, creating a best practice approach to client delivery.
  • Be a fast learner and adaptable to hit the ground running.
  • Be proactive and be able to prioritise tasks appropriately in a changeable work environment.
  • Have experience of managing diaries and other team administration, including raising purchase orders, invoices, opening matters and taking minutes of meetings hosted by AGC. (desirable).
  • Have proven experience co-ordinating client facing consulting assignments, programmes and other projects. (desirable).
