An established UK-based Consulting firm is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager (Senior Consultant grade)!

This organization has established a reputation as trusted digital solutions partner across Government Digital Services and Private sector organizations due to its specialism within UCD.

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will promote agile ways of working and support your multi-disciplined teams to focus on the priorities to deliver the associated product or services.You’ll also run stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews!

This organisation is employee-centric offering quarterly promotion opportunities / 2 pay reviews per year and consistently upskilling their workforce to be the best they can be!

In what has been a hard-hitting year for consulting firms this organisation has continued to win new business and has big plans ahead in 2024!

Looking to speak with Agile Delivery Managers with strong line manager experience and is an advocate for user-centric design!

Please note this opportunity is based in Manchester (2 days max onsite/3 days remote)

The interview process is 2 stages (1 with the recruitment managers + competency-based interview.
