Job Description

The AI Business Analyst will be responsible for continuously improving our Virtual Customer Support Suite. They will ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively and are aligned with business objectives.

They will also work with other teams across the organization to identify and implement changes to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Chatbot efficiency by assessing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing streamlined processes and flows.
  • Be the main point of contact for Chatbot development, managing expectations and informing key stakeholders of potential impact.
  • Leverage data to identify patterns and provide data-driven recommendations for Chatbot improvement.
  • Help establish reporting frameworks and metrics to track the success of the Chatbot and other change initiatives.
  • Ensure that the goals of the Chatbot and other change projects align with the broader business objectives.
  • Establish a culture of constant improvement by continually evaluating the Chatbot journeys, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for refinement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and propose data-backed solutions to improve performance.
  • Analyse the impact of changes delivered to ensure future changes are implemented more effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of process, people, culture and technology change projects, and the value of technology in supporting business requirements.
  • Experience working in a technology firm or with Salesforce/CRM platforms.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.
