Job description: The Best Connection Group – Manchester are currently looking for 15 CLEANERS with a Cat B Driving Licence to work for one of our prestigious clients based at Manchester Airport.
Shifts
- 4 days on 2 days off
Hours – various shift patterns
- 6am – 2pm
- 2pm – 10pm
- 10pm – 06.00am
Requirements of a CLEANER: – essential requirements
- Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
- Be willing to provide an online HMRC 5-year history check (We can help you obtain this!)
- Be willing to attend an Aviation Cargo Operative Course (Paid for by us!)
- Must have in date Photo ID e.g., Driving Licence or Passport
- Patience as the vetting process could take a while.
- 5 Year address history
- Current Cat B driving licence
Role of a Land Side CLEANER:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean.
- Keeping the Outside of the airport (land side) neat and tidy
- Jet washing walkways and steps
- Adhering to health and safety rules while cleaning
- Using various chemicals to ensure the area remains presentable.
- Working Outdoors majority of the time
- Toilet/bathroom cleaning may be required.
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
- Ability to work alone and use initiative to get things done.
- Self-managed
- Driving an allocated vehicle from time to time
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
