Job description: About the role

Join our team at the Isle of Man Airport as an Airport Service Delivery Manager where you will manage operational performance and assist in the development, planning and coordination of contingencies.

Your role also expands to those around you, as you are required to continuously drive improvement, communicate and inform senior staff around issues and events, and actively engage with all airport stakeholders, both internally and externally. This role will require coordination of terminal operations, with the responsibility for the delivery, performance and management of a safe, efficient and compliant airport environment.

You will also be responsible for the immediate management of the Airport Emergency Response Procedures in the Terminal, and be required to be the on-site Security Threat Assessor.

Things to note

Please note, a satisfactory basic police check is required for this post which the Department will cover the cost of for you. You must also hold (for the duration of your employment) a Counter Terrorism Clearance, Criminal Records check with no disqualifying convictions and a 5 year background check with no gaps of more than 28 days.

Written confirmation must be obtained from employers, educational establishments or other sources capable of verifying the information provided by the person for the purpose of the background check.
