Salary £45-55k

Join our dynamic clients’ team as an Amazon Media Manager, where you’ll be the driving force behind digital activation, steering campaigns from concept to execution. Collaborate closely with brand and sales counterparts to decipher long-term and short-term goals, translating them into impactful digital campaigns across the eCommerce landscape, with a focus on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies on and off retail platforms to propel brand and eCommerce growth plans on Amazon.
  • Execute budget allocation aligned with business goals at the product level, implementing budget pacing to track and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our media agency to enhance campaign performance through strategic targeting adjustments, goal adaptations, budget shifts, creative/copy modifications, and A/B testing.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into customer activation and campaign performance, distilling findings to drive growth.
  • Design an effective activation approach, leveraging key event calendars and creating purchase occasions through cross-brand opportunities.
  • Act as the media expert in preparation for key customer and internal planning meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve aligned priorities and goals.
  • Recommend best-in-class approaches for performance marketing management tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with Amazon Customer Marketing teams, in-house production teams, BU brand teams, Amazon Advertising, media agencies, and internal planning and brand teams to optimize product mix and omnichannel cohesiveness.

Ideally You Will Have:

  • BS/BA or University degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing and/or eCommerce work experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer durables, or retail.
  • Experience in Programmatic Display management.
  • Preferred:
  • Demonstrated ability to improve digital KPIs through a strong analytical mindset.
  • Independent operation with the ability to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and influence cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems in a fluid, multi-stakeholder environment.

  • Salary £45-55k
  • Hybrid Working – 2 days per week from our FMCG clients’ office in Slough
