This highly reputable firm offer a wide range of planning, architectural, and engineering design services. With an impressive track record of delivering large-scale renewable energy and small-to-medium residential projects, this firm are now succeeding with securing large-scale residential and urban design mixed-use projects for local developers, national housebuilders, and local government frameworks.

The Architectural Technologist will be required to join a small team and fully contribute on developer-led Residential projects. You will be tasked with working alongside other disciplines within the company to ultimately construct the Architect’s vision. As such, it is expected that the Architectural Technologist can advise during all RIBA Work Stages through site visits and technical reviews, finding solutions to ensure all schemes are buildable.

Any Architectural Technologists that would like to be considered for this fantastic opportunity will need the following key skills & experience:

  • Ideally MCIAT qualified or similar
  • Demonstrable experience within UK Residential sector
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD
  • Proficiency with Revit would be desirable
  • Fantastic organisational ability
  • In-depth understanding of building technology
  • Good build and detail experience
  • Fantastic building control knowledge
  • Ability to produce technical outputs in a speedy response
  • Great communication skills
