Are you passionate about art and design? Do you have a knack for inspiring and nurturing creative minds? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Art and Design Lecturer to join our successful creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a creative background to share their up-to-date knowledge and experiences with our learners, opening their eyes to the endless possibilities the Creative Industries have to offer.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons that teach learners a wide range of traditional and non-traditional practical skills, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, graphics, illustration, animation and photography. You will be working with learner groups ranging from Level 1 through to Level 4 and will be expected to prepare course materials that are supportive, inspiring and align with industry trends and standards.

You will also be responsible for monitoring learner progress within your lessons and through assessments, and providing constructive and motivational feedback that will enable each learner to make positive progress and exceed their potential.

You will have proven experience as an Art and Design Lecturer or a similar role, preferably in a further education setting. Strong knowledge and expertise in various art and design disciplines, including Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
