ARTWORKER / DESIGNER – PRINT

MERSEYSIDE

£Open Depending on Experience + 25 days + Bank Holidays + Pension

Hours: 9am Till 5pm

Our client based in the Northwest is a well-established company working within the print, large format print, general signage and event branding sectors.
They are now looking to recruit an Artworker / Designer to join their team. The chosen candidate will be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign with experience in the print industry.
Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience, competent in creative cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Any web or digital design experience would be beneficial although not essential
  • Creation of designs and artwork, from initial concept to final print ready files
  • Must have proficient experience with PC platform
  • Have a creative flair, a meticulous attention to detail and excellent proof reading skills
  • Have a methodical approach to checking digital files
  • Be able to balance and prioritise multiple projects, often under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Prepare projects for print production
  • Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines and apply to layouts
  • Be proactive
  • Ability to problem solve and have a flexible outlook
