We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as an Assistant Community Manager supporting our incredible new community, Viadux! You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring service standards are met and that our residents have the best experience!

What will you do?

Resident Support:

  • To ensure our customers and their properties are cared for and maintained to the highest possible standards, in line with budgets, service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the onsite first line of communications with all customers by the team, dealing calmly and confidently with reactive issues, following them through to resolution (or escalating as appropriate).
  • To co-ordinate the processing of insurance claims in a timely manner.
  • To ensure all sites as well as residents, contractors and landlords are compliant with statutory and contractual obligations

Resident Engagement:

  • To act as the face of the development, promoting a five star service delivery to residents at all times.
  • To meet and greet any new residents
  • Promote interaction of residents through socials, activities and encourage residents to / the communal spaces in the building.
  • To understand residents demographics and create an events calendar which is engaging and unique to the developments.
  • To continuously improve service delivery by monitoring feedback, surveys and online portals.
  • To respond to customer complaints and monitor the customer complaints tracker.

Building Operations:

  • To support The Community Manager with the daily operations on site.
  • To work in partnership with the Community Manager and Facilities Manager in the delivery of day-to-day planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance and any works, acting as one of the daily points of contact for contractors.
  • To receive, review and feedback key concerns from weekly property inspections carried out by on site staff, with the appropriate follow-up.
  • Conducting audits on site standards and services.
  • Maintaining amenities to a high standard, monitoring cleanliness, usage, booking and offerings.
  • To take a hands on approach on site supporting the team where possible.

People Management:

To act as the direct line manager for the concierge, housekeepers and building service assistant.

To manage the staff Rota and arrange cover within the set budget.

To act as a role model for the values and key behaviours across the organisations.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience within an operational role, preferably residential property.
  • Significant experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • People Management skills (desirable)
  • A Positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written
