Salary: Grade 5 (£25,742 – £29,605 p.a. depending upon experience)

This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Would you like to play a key role within an award-winning digital learning production team? Are you an enthusiastic, experienced Assistant Digital Learning Developer with relevant and up-to-date knowledge of online learning technologies and platforms?

In this role you will work with a diverse team of instructional designers, video production leads, animators and graphic designers to develop, test and deploy professional-standard interactive learning materials using a range of authoring tools.  

You will also support colleagues in the effective and best practice use of Virtual Learning Environments / Learning Management Systems and other online learning platforms to ensure an excellent learner experience.

Supporting the Learning Technology Leads, you will work across the full range of the Digital Education Service’s portfolio of online courses, including courses and modules delivered on FutureLearn, Coursera and the University’s Blackboard Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs). 

This exciting position would suit an individual with proven experience in learning technology / digital learning development, accompanied by excellent communication and organisational skills and a passion for digital education.
