Job description: Join our Finance Business Partnering team and help us make a difference!We are currently looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our vibrant and collaborative Finance Business Partnering team.This is an exciting time to join us on our transformation journey to provide a truly modern finance function helping to support our vision of creating homes everyone is proud of and creating places where people thrive.In this position, you’ll play a key role in providing accurate accounting information to the group and supporting Finance Business Partners in providing information, analysis and insight to budget holders and management. Additionally, you’ll step in as needed to deputise for Finance Business Partners and champion corporate objectives and values within the team.**Please note that the formal job title for this role is Finance Business Analyst**Some of the things we are looking for:
- Part Qualified as an Accountant (or equivalent)
- You should have 5 GCSE’s or equivalent (including maths) grade 4 (C) or above.
- At least one years’ experience in accounting in a large and complex organisation with substantial budgets
- Experience of providing accounting information to challenging deadlines
- Experience of providing an excellent customer driven service
- Experience of using digital technology within a finance environment
- Experience of interpreting information, carrying out research, analysing complex data, appraising performance, and managing risk
- A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Have effective negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish strong working relationships
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to occasionally travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.Some of the great benefits we can offer you:
