WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of the above offices.About this opportunity
Working across our relationship brand(s) within the LBG portfolio, we’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development and delivery of our Current Account and Payments campaigns, in order to achieve agreed customer and commercial targets.This role sits within the Consumer Relationships Squad. As a centre of excellence for conversion and journey- based marketing activity across paid, earned and owned channels, we’re a key interface into the Everyday Banking Business, and work collaborative with our partners in Customer Segments, Customer Channels and Chief Digital Office.About our team:Our purpose is to: Create exceptional, meaningful customer communications experiences, through data intelligence and personalisation, to drive deeper relationships and create value.We’re a centre of excellence for customer conversion and engagement marketing activity in paid/earned/owned channels.We use insight to deliver timely, relevant, and engaging points of interaction across a multi-channel journey and maintain a relentless focus on improving the effectiveness of all we do.We shape our journeys by customer segment and create customer engagements from insight, resulting in interactions that enhance both the brand and customer experience.We collaborate across the Group to ensure that our campaigns meet the needs of our customers, whilst also delivering for the business. We take pride in all we do and enjoy working together to improve customer experience.What you’ll needExperience of delivering either engagement or conversion / direct response activity in 121 channels – Email, IB, Direct MailExperience of working with external marketing agencies to define plans, deliver activity and manage costsGood communication and influencing skillsDelivers impactful communicationsUnderstanding of regulatory environment with respect to Financial PromotionsResults focused, and able to interpret data to make recommendationsCollaborative and a great team playerBrave and creatively curiousA continuous improvement mind-setSound like the role for you?You’ll play a pivotal role in the next stage of our evolution. Expected salary: £38295 – 42550 per year
