Hours: Full-time/part-year considered up to 22.5 hours. Week days only.

Contract: Fixed term until 23 August 2024

The University of Sussex Housing Services is seeking a friendly and organised person to be an Assistant Officer – Summer Bookings to support the Allocations Team in processing student summer bookings. The role requires close cooperation with colleagues in the Housing Services team in regard to student summer allocation as well as close cooperation with residence staff on all aspects of the role. Summer Bookings Assistant Officer will lead managing summer bookings-related enquiries via phone and email and helping applicant students.
