Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management based in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department at Nottingham University Business School. The candidate appointed will be expected to engage in high quality research in Sustainable Work and Employment or Healthcare Management modules. They should be able to teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels across a range of areas in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
Appointed candidates will also be required to make an appropriate contribution to administration.
Candidates should have a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area, or be close to completion, together with previous teaching experience in relevant subjects at HE level. Research interests and a publication record in relevant areas are also required. Candidates should have the ability to develop their own research area, the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work well in a team.
This is a permanent, full-time post (36.25 hours per week). Applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). Please specify in your application if you wish to work part-time and the number of preferred hours.
