We are currently looking for an Associate Director level. This role will be responsible for leading on partnership consulting and activation planning projects for brand clients across EMEA. Projects could include but are not limited to: development of partnership strategies, valuing and negotiating partnership rights, establishing and negotiating ambassadorial programs, developing activation strategies and campaigns, managing partners on behalf of clients and measuring partnership performance. All projects are likely to be consultative in nature, requiring outstanding creativity, business savviness and an ability to serve and guide clients with confidence, quality, and subject matter expertise. Your clients will look to you for counsel and guidance.
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead partnership consulting and partnership activation strategy projects.
- Work with insight teams to build strategies and campaigns that are acutely in line with our clients’ target audiences.
- Lead client relationships, identifying areas of growth whilst delivering world-class service.
- Identify and curate partnership marketing solutions for clients that challenge the norm, break boundaries, and exceed expectations.
- Where relevant, manage relationships with client partners and ensure maximum return on partnership marketing investments.
- Support clients with the identification, analysis, assessment and (re) negotiation of partnerships across the sports, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
- Value partnership assets, develop partnership renewal strategies and lead negotiations.
- Oversee work output of junior team members, own project planning and client relationships.
Requirements:
- Significant, relevant, and direct experience in partnership strategy. This is not an execution / delivery role and requires demonstrable experience having lead on the creation and maximisation of high value marketing partnerships.
- Demonstrable experience of identifying and analysing partnerships, and having lead on the curation of optimal asset packages / contracts in line with a brand’s objectives.
- Agency background with exemplary communication and client service skills.
- Expert knowledge of project management fundamentals.
- Skilful storyteller, able to translate detail of complex research and distil down into a simple and digestible narrative.
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in PowerPoint. This is a fundamental and the role holder must be able to build and present solutions on PPT to clients that tell a clear narrative and story.
- Ability to build a rapport with clients and positively influence decision making.
- Ability to think creatively whilst considering client objectives and budget parameters.
- Must be able to multi-task and be flexible enough to manage various internal and external stakeholders.
