·Lead the design and development of healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, medical offices, and research facilities.
·Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants to ensure project success within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
·Oversee the preparation and presentation of design concepts, drawings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
·Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions and inform design decisions.
·Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
·Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare architecture.Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
·Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery.
·Registered Architect or eligible for registration in the UK.
·Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
·Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
