Join us in a dynamic work environment and be part of delivering market-beating success.About Shared ServicesShared services are at the heart of Momentum ITSMA, responsible for executing and delivering the plans defined by our consultants to help our clients achieve market-beating performance.Our remit covers the full spectrum of Go-To-Market delivery, from developing a messaging framework to a company-wide sales training enablement program, from targeted one-to-one ABM communication to a ground-breaking Thought Leadership Program.Consisting of talented teams across multiple specialisms including creative, content, managed services, MarTech, thought leadership and research.About the roleThe Associate Marketing Producer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all projects across the business. Your primary mission is to facilitate the successful delivery of projects by collaborating closely with Client Practices, accurately scoping deliverables, defining the delivery approach, pricing work, sourcing resources and managing projects to meet client expectations, within budget.You will also be responsible for optimising project resources for quality and cost-effectiveness.As well as responsibility for the delivery of projects, you will be required to review and continuously improve the effectiveness of the delivery of Momentum’s standard projects.Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesScoping and planning
- Collaborate with client practices to thoroughly understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure deliverables are accurately scoped to align with client expectations.
- Develop a project approach, outlining key resources, milestones, risks and outcomes.
- When required, liaise with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements and become a subject matter expert on the specific deliverable.
Pricing
- Review non-standard pricing and sign off on commercials in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Continuously refine pricing strategies to improve accuracy and competitiveness.
Delivery
- Review consulting and creative briefs.
- Review allocated resources planned for delivering assets.
- Review progress of projects to ensure alignment with the brief.
- Manage client feedback and amendments, including updating the client.
- Oversee internal quality control (QC) of the project and external proofreading.
- Manage projects within budget and specified timelines.
- Manage third-party deliveries, including sourcing, briefing, costing, and overseeing any delivery by third parties or freelancers.
Best Practice
- Developing best practice approach and guidelines for the pricing and execution of standard deliverables.
Innovation
- Research and recommend new services based on client requirements.
- Identify new capabilities and resources required to meet new service demands.
- Develop new service offerings based on client requirements.
Business Development
- Understand broader client requirements and recommend additional shared services to clients.
As a Marketing Producer you will work on projects across all areas of our service delivery. In our team, we are building subject matter expertise in these areas to be go-to experts who really understand and add value to the production process across:Creative
- Ability to develop complex creative solutions including, but not limited to, brand development, digital web development, print, complex large scale creative delivery projects.
MarTech
- Ability to leverage MarTech platforms to help our clients meet their marketing goals. This will involve existing platforms such as Turtl, Hubspot and DemandBase, and new platforms as they come.
Managed Service
- Ability to deliver the full range of Momentum Services to agreed service levels and budgets.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in all areas listed before specialising. We have a training budget you can utilise to develop your skills.Qualifications / Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience working in project delivery
- A passion for delivering client excellence
- Familiarity in our specialised areas (Creative, Managed Services or MarTech) and a willingness to build subject matter expertise
- Entrepreneurial flair to align resources to meet client requirements.
Salary£25,000 – £30,000Perks and Benefits
