Job description: Corporate Lawyer – London We are working with a leading international law firm, ranking in the top 100 UK with 200 + lawyers. The firm’s client base is impressive; it includes multinational companies, the NHS, UK PLC, overseas banks, financial services institutions, high net worth individuals, and professional regulatory organizations. Due to continued success and to bolster their offering to clients, the firm are now looking for either an associate, senior associate or legal director to join their corporate team in London. The opportunity: The team predominantly works in the healthcare sector advising on both domestic and cross border mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganizations, and investment transactions.
