We are working with a leading international law firm, ranking in the top 100 UK with 200 + lawyers.
The firm’s client base is impressive; it includes multinational companies, the NHS, UK PLC, overseas banks, financial services institutions, high net worth individuals, and professional regulatory organizations.
Due to continued success and to bolster their offering to clients, the firm are now looking for either an associate, senior associate or legal director to join their corporate team in London.
The opportunity:
The team predominantly works in the healthcare sector advising on both domestic and cross border mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganizations, and investment transactions. For the right individual this is an opportunity to join a top 100 legal practice in the UK, to undertake a broad range of high value and complex corporate matters, in a meritocratic environment with true scope for career progression, for a highly competitive salary & benefits package.
About you:
· Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (5+ PQE)
· Experience of working across corporate finance transactions
· Keen to work for a well-established firm that has an ambitious attitude towards growth
· Looking to progress long term – there is a strong trajectory for progression in this role
