Job description: This Audit & Accounts Senior position within the Professional Services industry requires an individual who can manage a diverse portfolio of clients while maintaining high levels of engaging client service. The candidate will need to demonstrate a strong understanding and practical ability of accounting principles, along with a keen eye for detail.
- Managing a portfolio of audit & accounts clients (50/50) across various industries.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalising accounts and audit work for clients.
- Advising clients on solutions and procedures
- Maintaining excellent client relationships through consistent high-quality service.
- Identifying areas of potential risk or opportunity for clients.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to the development of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Identifying, networking and participating in business development activities to grow the client base.

- A full Accountancy qualification or similar (ACCA or ACA)
- Strong UK practical working experience of accounting and auditing principles and standards.
- Experience of working with both UKGAAP and IFRS technical standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client service mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
- Experience with relevant software and digital tools.
- Must have full UK working rights.
