- Manage automation engineers and MES developers
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving in the manufacturing process
- Drive the advancement of manufacturing methods for growth and cost savings
- Ensure timely project completion and maintain expertise in plant-wide processes
- Hire, train, and mentor staff while maintaining quality metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Computer/ Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of engineering experience in production automation
- Experience with PLC and HMI programming
- 3+ project management experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM and Six Sigma (preferred)
