Where does this role fit in?

The Cedar Ireland Account Manager role is an extension to the UK Renault Dealer Marketing team undertaking responsibility for managing the various workflows between Cedar Ireland, ITG and the retailer network. You will work closely and support the Account Director and ensure that quarterly assets and any bespoke work is delivered to the client and the Retailer dealer network within the agreed timescales, as well as managing the support function of the Ireland Area Marketing Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Action all briefs into ITG, both template and bespoke that are briefed in by Cedar Ireland and the dealer network
  • Ensure that creative interpretation of the brief is correct and print specs and quotes match those briefed
  • Ensure that all work meets brief, Corporate Brand Guidelines, costs and agreed time lines
  • Manage weekly status meetings with Cedar Ireland
  • Ensure that all Cedar Ireland briefs are fully developed and agreed before working through the ITG studio team
  • On a day to day basis to be the contact for any specific matters to the client and retailer network
  • Manage with the support of the Brand Managers the compliance of any bespoke retailer requested activity
  • Ensure processes are followed to complete legal compliance
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to provide marketing solutions and costs
  • Offer a 360′ service to the retailers, if required, including costings, booking and providing compliant marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • You have experience within marketing, ideally covering a range of channels, either agency or client side
  • You have strong client facing experience and can have conversations with senior stakeholders
  • You ideally have experience within the automotive industry
  • Experience working with operational teams across the business to ensure the smooth integration of all new initiatives
