Vacancy Summary:

  • Oversee the inspection of new and pre-owned vehicles upon arrival.
  • Conduct a final vehicle quality check two days before delivery.
  • Notify the Service Centre upon a vehicle’s arrival for pre-delivery inspections.
  • Coordinate with customers to confirm handover details, including date, time, and their point of contact.
  • Ensure all vehicle accessories are installed or discuss alternatives with customers before their collection day.
  • Facilitate vehicle handover in person or via video based on availability and vehicle type.
  • After handover, introduce customers to the Service Centre for future service bookings and provide them with a designated contact person for future reference.

To be considered for this Automotive Handover Specialist, you must have:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Customer service skills
  • Administration Skills
  • Good time management
  • Good product knowledge of the vehicle prior to handover
