Key Accountabilities:
- Campaign Management: Drive success by creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Social Media, Paid Search, and Google Display.
- Performance Reporting: Produce ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to track and improve campaign outcomes.
- Innovation Expert: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and propose innovative content concepts to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.
- Budget Mastery: Be in control of campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for all quarterly campaigns.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to the daily operations of the account from a Performance Marketing perspective, including participation in weekly internal meetings and addressing ad-hoc requests.
- Deadline Enforcer: Ensure that campaigns adhere to deadlines at every stage, from setup and quality control to going live.
- Industry Insight: Develop a comprehensive understanding of performance-driven digital marketing for automotive campaigns.
- Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate closely with the Account Team, responsible for compiling quarterly Retailer Reports and managing identification numbers for technology software, ensuring the accurate and timely generation of essential reports.
Requirements:
- Time Management: Essential proficiency in time management, emphasizing the delivery of high-quality, accurate work with efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to manage expectations and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
- Marketing Agency Experience: Prior experience in a marketing agency is desirable, but not essential.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in relevant computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools and Keynote.
- Adaptability: Be adaptable and capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to autonomous work and professional growth.
- Data Proficiency: Proficient in gathering, exporting, and interpreting analytical performance data.
- Change Management: Skilled in managing incoming change requests, such as budget reallocations.
- Strong Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
