As an Aviation Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling inquiries related to lost luggage, luggage repairs, and replacements. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers regarding lost luggage, luggage repairs, and replacements.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
• Assist customers in filing lost luggage reports and guide them through the resolution process.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to track and locate lost luggage, ensuring swift resolution.
• Process requests for luggage repairs and replacements, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer’s concerns.
• Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer database.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining composure and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of aviation industry practices related to lost luggage is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant computer systems and databases.
