The Position

Are you ready to bring your behind-the-scenes expertise and management experience to a crucial role in a world-leading luxury hotel? Then we invite you to join us as Back of House and Logistics Manager at Rocco Forte Hotels.

Working closely with our Executive Chef, you will ensure the highest standards of hygiene and occupational health and safety are maintained in all back of house areas, at all times. Controlling kitchen equipment, supplies and chemicals, you will also manage our team of porters — using your ability to mentor and lead by example to set the highest standards for yourself and your team. You will be confident and caring, focused on helping each individual team member achieve their goals and reflect the renowned Rocco Forte quality. And you will display exceptional attention to detail — drawing on your experience in a similar role at a four- or five-star hotel. In turn, you will receive the support to develop your own skills as a manager and a back of house specialist.
