SHIFT PATTERN: 2pm-10pm 5 days over 7 days
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
PAY RATE: £10.42 per hour

As a Backshift Cleaning Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as entrances, lobbies, and corridors
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends as required
- Basic communication skills in English
