As a Baggage Engineering Duty Manager, you will collaborate with operational teams across the Baggage Strategic Partnership, to trouble shoot and deliver the baggage engineering response across Heathrow. This is a duty shift-based role with day-to-day oversight of baggage engineering solutions, safety, performance and risk, to achieve “Every Passenger, Every Bag, Every Time”. You will have the opportunity to influence baggage system flow processes, identify areas of improvement and support the Team Heathrow Baggage Health and Safety Improvement Plan, that drives our safety culture and ensures Heathrow continues to be a safe place to operate.
