We have a new opportunity for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join an NHS community adult mental health team based in Lowestoft, Norfolk.
This service is working with the Older Adults team – you should have experience of working with older adults and people experiencing memory problems or diagnosed with dementia.
Working as part of a small team of five CPNs, you will hold a caseload of 15-20 patients and be responsible for their assessment of needs and signposting and discharging.
To be considered for this role, you must have NMC registration and be a qualified mental health nurse.

We offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.
We also have £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
Pay rate: £27 ltd per hour (dependent on experience)
