Job description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our Ward team based in Hemel Hempstead.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To assist in the provision of high-quality care to patients within the Ward.
  • To contribute to the smooth running of the Ward by concentrating on tasks that directly support the needs of the patient and assists their journey.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • NVQ3 or equivalent/ Care Certification
  • Experience in working as a Healthcare Assistant in a healthcare environment ideally in surgical/day surgery within a private healthcare setting and wil phlebotomy skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with staff/patients and work as part of a team.
