In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help the SE&O LT to run their management system, drive performance, support strategy development and business execution.The SE&O Team is responsible for the BGS Engineering Safety Management System, Productivity & Engineering Excellence and Technology & Data Infrastructure.Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure standard and consistent Operating Rhythm to address recurring and emergent priorities integrated with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Guide and facilitate in the development, integration, and coordination of commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill business goals, objectives, and strategies
  • Effectively connect with and support executive level management on a regular basis
  • Assist in driving utilization of processes and tools to enhance digital literacy of organization with a goal of driving towards digital proficiency
  • Identify risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.
  • Lead the application and execution of Program Management Best Practices.
  • Replicate, standardize, integrate and communicate Best Practices Lead the application and execution of Program Management Best Practices.
  • Collect, organize and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of projects, customer commitments and compliance.
  • Identify, document, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate Risks, Issues, and gather Opportunities
  • Ensure follow up action for issue resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.

This position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location option.   • Experience with developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders
  • (Business Enablement) Experience in leading business-driven decisions to include budgets, staffing levels, and Statement of Work (SOW)
  • (Business Enablement) Experience with development and integration of plans, strategies, processes, and/or KPIs across programs to track process to and enable attainment of goals
  • (Business Integration) Experience working in a cross functional environment, driving accountability and continuity
  • (Digital Literacy) Experience with process improvements and/or technology implementations
  • (Builds Positive Relationships) Experience developing and managing relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
  • (System Thinking) Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system
  • (Project Management) Experience leading initiatives, or projects that demonstrated improvement to cost and quality and the ability to inspire change
  • (Project Management) Ability to define the project, design and plan the project, and manage the project team. Ability to achieve desired outcomes on projects, timely and within budget

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience interacting with engineers
  • Experience working in a technical environment
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
